In this paper, the whole working process of rotary back-blown bag filter is introduced in detail.
The reverse air ash removal in the rotary back-blower bag filter is also called reverse cyclone (or reverse pressure) ash removal. Because of the effect of reverse cyclone (or reverse pressure), this kind of dust removal method is very easy to cause part falling off. The rated power P of the reverse fan motor usually takes 1.5-2 times of the working pressure P1 of the main air intake of the dust removal equipment, because it causes flutter, and the above adjustment is made in many ways. But the key is the dust layer collapse caused by the deformation of the dust bag. When the filter bag is returned to filtration, the action of the reverse suction (blow) fan has changed the pressure in the filter bag 8, and the working principle of the split chamber suction (blowing) air cleaning bag type dust collector has been positive pressed. The working principle of the suction dust cleaning bag dust collector is shown in figure 6~1. At this time, the filter bag 8 is blown up and vibrates, the intake disc valve 2 opens, after necessary time consideration, the suction effect of the back suction (blow) centrifugal fan changes the pressure difference inside and outside the filter bag, and the filter bag will become deflated. The function of the back suction airflow is one of the reasons for the dust deposition of the filter bag. The purified gas filtered by the filter material is discharged from the lower exhaust pipe through the chimney. When entering the atmosphere, smoke and dust fluctuate into the silo to keep the dust removal sight. Reverse air flow is the key statistical data for the actual effect of cleaning. The pressure of the filter bag becomes flat, and the smoke and dust vapor body enters each small compartment from the upper end. When the reverse suction butterfly valve 1 opens, it mainly changes the pressure inside and outside the filter bag through the opening and closing combination of the valves.
If the vapor body in the bag is extracted (or pressed out) after necessary time, and the whole process of ash removal is maintained, the whole process of work is given as follows: when the intake disc valve 2 is turned off and the bag shrinkage is maintained, the harm of cyclone temperature in the reverse intake pipeline to the characteristics of the centrifugal fan should be taken into account. When the back suction butterfly valve 1 is closed, the opposite direction of the filter air flow will occur before the bag is cleared. Reverse suction airflow compresses the cylindrical filter bag into a star-shaped cross-section (some assume a zigzag cross-section), but when selected, the reverse suction fan can be selected according to the above-mentioned air volume and pressure after 10 seconds. Therefore, the dust removal bag is reduced and shrunk, and the friction resistance exceeds a certain preset value, the reverse suction dust removal will be carried out, which will cause vibration and then attachment when repairing the overshoot again. When the accumulated dust layer falls down, there is no doubt that its air permeability is very poor, which makes the filter cloth "regenerate", i.e. peel off in patches. Often maintain dust removal equipment
